3. "Ads Buyer" means entity, who is the Marketing Team, brand owner, or buyer who wishes to search, contact, engage and transact in connection with the Website addsana.com, by having a member account that can access the Website addsana.com
4. “Building Rep” means entity, who is a building or condominium owner or management representative who wishes to turn your now vacant lift halls, lift doors and inside lift walls into effective advertising media and put your Lift Ads out into the world through the Website adssana.com, by do not necessary a member account to access the website.
5. “Username” refers to the unique login identification name or code which identifies a Customer who has an account with the Website addsana.com
6. “Password” refers to the valid password that a Customer who has an account with the Website addsana.com may use in conjunction with the Username to access the relevant Platform and/or Services.
7. "Personal Data" means any information which enables the identification of any individual, directly or indirectly, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, payment method, online social networks (social media account), including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 ("Personal Data Protection Act").

1. To start using www.adssana.com, the Ads Buyer needs to register a member account with www.adssana.com. In the registration process, the Company requires the Ads Buyer to provide personal information through the Website.
2. The Company may use its discretion to approve or disapprove the requests to use the Website adssana.com with no obligation to disclose the consideration process to the Ads Buyer. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred to personal data before the requisition's approval or decline.
3. When the registration is completed, the Company has already approved the Ads Buyer to use the Website adssana.com. It causes binding an agreement to use the Website adssana.com between the Ads Buyer and the Company under these Terms of Use. The Ads Buyer will be able to use the Website adssana.com immediately.
4. Ads Buyer represents and warrants that all information provided in the Website adssana.com is current, accurate, and not misleading, which will announce any changes in any of the Ads Buyer and Building Rep had informed the Company. If does not notify of changes in the information, they have previously notified the Company within a reasonable period or the information previously provided is incorrect or not accurate or mislead, the Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend and/or terminate all or part of the services in accordance with these Terms of Use without prior notice.

To use the characteristics of the Website adssana.com, the Ads Buyer must provide details and other information as specified by the Company during the registration. The Company assumes that all information the Ads Buyer provides through the Website adssana.com is accurate, current, and complete as a critical condition for the Ads Buyer to use the Website adssana.com. The Ads Buyer agrees that information provided in registration through the Website adssana.com or by any other means including but not limited to providing information over the connection to the special feature of the Website adssana.com following the Privacy Policy.

At its sole discretion, the Company may make corrections or update these Terms of Use from time to time. The modification will be effective immediately when the Company is publishing the modification on the Website adssana.com. If the Ads Buyer and Building Rep remains to use the Website adssana.com after the publication of modified Terms of Use, these shall be deemed that the Ads Buyer and Building Rep accepts and agrees with such modification.

No representations or warranties: The Website, Services and the Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. All data and/or information contained in the Website, the Services or the Materials are provided for informational purposes only. we do not warrant:

1. the accuracy, timelinessnor completeness of all data and/or information contained in the website, the Services or the Materials;

Any Building Rep’s content published on the Website adssana.com will be considered non-confidential and transfers the right to use, repeat, modify, operate, display, distribute, and disclose material information to the Company, licensee, successor, and other assignees.

The Building Rep must notify the Company of any changes to the Building Rep’s Content. Suppose does not inform the Company of any changes in the Building Rep’s Content within a reasonable period or inaccurate. In that case, the Company may suspend and/or terminate the service of the Website adssana.com, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

The Company is not responsible or liable to a third party for the content or the accuracy and completeness of the Building Rep's Content that published on the Website adssana.com.

Termination by us: In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect and either with or without notice, terminate your use of the website and/or Services and/or disable your Username and Password. Money references under these Terms of Use shall be in Thailand Baht.

3. Firearms and all items related to weapons.
4. Animal and wildlife products, including but not limited to live animals, namely shark fins and ivory.
5. Medicine, medical equipment, medical treatment kit, including but not limited to prescriptions, heart rhythm control devices, and surgery equipment.
6. Any property acquired by theft.
7. Prostitution or human trafficking.
8. Infringing intellectual property products.
9. Gambling or any service related to obscenity, liquor, firearms, cigarettes, and drugs, or sells and/or provides the service associated with the software, computer programs, music, movies (which the seller does not the owner of the copyright or without a legitimate right to operate). In addition, any products and/or services may violate the law and good morals of the people in the future.
